In 2019, he and his brothers co-founded one of Europe’s leading environmental sensor deployment-as-a-service companies, helping roll out next-generation sensor and data networks across major cities. The experience provided invaluable insight into how real-world infrastructure can be scaled efficiently—insights that laid the foundation for his latest venture, Silencio, a global platform for crowdsourced environmental data. Before entering the tech space, Thomas co-managed a team of over 100 professionals alongside his brother Theo at Moeller IP Advisors, a boutique consulting firm helping Fortune 500 companies manage intellectual property portfolios across Latin America and other emerging markets.

Eric Stotz is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder of Buenbit, a fast-growing fintech platform operating across Argentina, Mexico, and Peru, with over 1 million users and a team of 150. An industrial engineer by training, Eric graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina and began his career at Bain & Company, where he spent four years advising C-level executives at major national and international firms in sectors including financial services, automotive, mining, oil & gas, steel, insurance, and education. Today, he combines deep strategic insight with hands-on product and operational experience to build technology solutions that scale across emerging markets. Outside of work, Eric enjoys golf, triathlons, and playing the piano.

These experiences laid the groundwork for Silencio, where Theo plays a key role in translating innovative ideas into scalable, real-world solutions for businesses, cities, and platforms. Prior to his work in technology, Theo co-managed a team of over 100 professionals with his brother Thomas at Moeller IP Advisors, where they supported Fortune 500 companies in managing complex intellectual property portfolios across Latin America and other emerging markets. His track record reflects an ability to lead global teams and deliver results in demanding, fast-evolving industries.

Maximiliano is the CTO of Silencio, where he leads the development of scalable, user-centric data infrastructure at the intersection of AI and real-world sensor networks. He holds a Systems Analysis degree from FIUBA, Argentina’s top engineering university, where he also taught Data Structures. His background spans big data, gaming, and AI, including serving as tech lead at a Google-backed gaming studio, where he led multiplayer architecture and product integrations. He also co-founded a boutique tech firm that delivered solutions for both startups and Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. Before joining Silencio, Maximiliano was CTO of an AI company that developed lifelike digital avatars—technology that led to a successful exit. Today, he’s applying that experience to build the next generation of data-driven tools for cities, platforms, and users. Outside of work, he enjoys football, board games, and time in nature with his family.
